Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Dawn Office on the web or in the Dawn Office apps for Android and iPhone. Dawn Office is operated by Dawn Holdings (“we”, “us”). By signing in you agree to them.

Who can use Dawn Office

• Staff use an account created for them by a Dawn Office administrator, with the role and properties that administrator gives them.
• Tenants sign in to the tenant portal with the mobile number registered for their tenancy, to see their own invoices, payments, dues and documents.

Your account

• Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself. Do not let anyone else use your account.
• Tell your administrator (or, for tenants, your landlord) straight away if you think someone has.
• You can delete your account at any time — see the Delete account page.

Using the service properly

• Use Dawn Office only for the business it was set up for, and only within the access you were given.
• Do not try to reach data you were not given, break or overload the service, or get around its security.
• Only upload files and send messages you are allowed to share, and only message people who agreed to receive them.

Information in the service

The business that uses Dawn Office is responsible for the information it enters — tenants, leases, invoices and payments. Amounts, due dates and tax figures shown in the service come from that information; if you think something is wrong, contact the business. How personal data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Dawn Office available and accurate, but it can sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We may change or improve features over time. The service is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows.

Ending your use

An administrator can switch off a staff account, and a tenant’s portal access ends when their tenancy ends. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Records the business must keep by law are kept after an account ends.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top.
